Kim Porter and Sean “Diddy” Combs shared three children together—Christian, and twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila. Diddy also helped raise Kim’s son Quincy, and she embraced his children from other relationships. Though they split in 2007, they remained close for their kids.
Kim tragically passed away on Nov. 15, 2018, from pneumonia. The founder of Bad Boy Records, later expressed regret for not marrying her, calling her his “soulmate.” He told Essence in 2019, “That day turned my world upside down… She actually said to me, ‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’”
However, a new 60-page book titled Kim’s Lost Words, claiming to be a collection of Porter’s diaries leaked by her friends, reveals a different side to their relationship. The book, published on Sept. 6, details Combs’s love life from the 1990s through Porter’s final years, including alleged affairs with both male and female musicians, as well as reports of debauched orgies at his home, in which Porter reportedly took part. The book—which includes disturbing alleged accounts of Diddy slapping Porter after losing his temper and even making death threats—was released just days before Diddy was indicted for racketeering and sex trafficking by federal prosecutors in New York.
